➢ Describe the Protocols in the Flow of communications among and within

units/departments.

The channels and flow of the

organizational/administrative communication (from
top to bottom) is in form of Memorandum from the
President to concerned Vice President, then in form of

Memorandum from the Vice President to respective
Deans/Directors; memorandum from the
Dean/Director to respective Unit Heads; and lastly
Memorandum from the Unit Head to Faculty/Staff

members.

The channels and flow of the

organizational/administrative communication (from
bottom to top) is in form of Letter form the Faculty/Staff
member addressed to the University President. It
passes through channels from Unit Head to

Dean/Director, to the respective Vice President for
recommendation for approval. It then ends with the

President for final approval.
