THE SHOUT OF THE KING
DAY 17
FAITH 101
T
he Greek word for faith is “Pistis,” meaning to
persuade or being persuaded. It implies having
knowledge of a divine truth. Faith means being
confident in what we hope for, evidence of what we do not
see. However, there is a vast difference between believing
with your heart and just believing what your physical senses
may tell you. Faith is laying hold of the unseen realm of
hope and bringing it into the realm of reality. Faith is now!
Now I am healed! Now I am rich! Now I am strong! Even
when you still feel the pain – faith is not feelings or by sight.
Believe that your five senses do not work with faith.
Believing you have received after your prayer is evidence of
your faith. The world says seeing is believing, but faith says
believing is seeing.
