• State the drill in general - starting
from the water source
• State the drill in detail per person -
i.e.; “Number one, you will….”
• “Any Questions?”
• “Number 1 Crew - Get to Work”

All instructions should be given from the
position of attention.
Monitor the drill evolution for safety and
coaching opportunities.
Once drill is complete give order “Knock
off - Make up”
Give feedback at the fall in position
prior to giving the break off.
