THREATENING COMMUNICATIONS
Threatening Communications may include: • Bomb threats& bomb warnings
• Threats of physical harm
• Extortion and Coercion
Threatening communications may be delivered via:
• telephone/voicemail • email
• fax
• letter/package
• graffiti/vandalism
• in person
• Do NOT delete, discard, remove, or erase the communication.
• Attempt to save, trap, isolate, and/or capture a photo of the communication. • If a hard copy, limit handling or contact.
• Notify your supervisor/manager.
Threatening communications should be escalated to the Technical Manager (847) 530-0597 or Sales Administrator, (847) 971-1470.
