Report power outages and gas leaks to the Facilities Manager, (908) 252-3249, Assistant Manager, Office Services (908) 252-3241 or Property Management (908) 429-2129.

Gas Leaks
If you smell the ‘rotten egg’ smell of natural gas and gas leaks you should:
• Exit the area where you smell gas.
• Open doors / windows to ventilate, if possible.
• Evacuate the building, if immediate danger of explosion or fire.
DO NOT:
• Turn on any electrical appliances, switches or lights. • Use telephones or cellular phones.
Water Leaks
Report leaks to the Facilities Manager or designee, including the location and severity of the leak.
Use extreme caution when leak is near electrical outlets or appliances.
Watch out for slip hazards and alert others when possible.
In most instances, disruptions of electrical service are of short duration and power is restored quickly. The New Jersey office is located in a multi-level office building equipped with emergency generators which provide adequate lighting and alternative power to critical systems including fire alarms, elevators, etc.
In the event utility service is interrupted for a prolonged period, the Facilities Manager or designee, will be in contact with building management and utility service representatives as appropriate to determine when service will be restored. In such instances, employees should remain calm and will be informed so appropriate
