SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Saturday, June 14th
4:00PM Hotel Registration
Location: Hilton Garden Inn 1324 Vann Drive Jackson, TN 38305 Contestant Wardrobe: Casual—tennis shoes and casual clothes, no crown, no sash
Sunday, June 15th
Contestant Wardrobe: Dressy Casual—no crown, no sash; would
suggest no heels since will be loading gowns & costumes into the
Dressing Room but up to the Titleholder’s discretion
***Need to bring with you a bag with Opening Ceremonies dress, shoes, accessories, crown and state sash and ALSO rehearsal outfit: Rehearsal outfit includes MVA t-shirt (provided at Registration), jeans, & tennis shoes in small tote bag (no suitcase or rolling luggage) to change after Opening Ceremonies. Don’t forget to pack snacks in your bag daily to bring with you!!!
7:00 – 8:00 AM Breakfast at Hotel
8:30AM Groups A & B load the Bus for Carl Perkins Civic Center 9:00AM Groups A & B depart Hotel for Civic Center
9:15AM Groups A & B arrive @ loading dock Civic Center
Group B will remain in Holding Room while Group A moves into Dressing Room Once Group A finishes, they will return to the Holding Room and Group B will move into the Dressing Room
9:15 AM Dressing Room Registration—Group A
Bus returns to hotel to pick up Group C as soon as it’s unloaded
9:45 AM Dressing Room Registration—Group B 9:45 AM Group C loads the Bus at Hotel
9:55 AM Group A is gathered and led around CPCC to main entrance lobby
10:00 AM Pageant Registration—Group A
Location: Lobby, Carl Perkins Civic Center 400 South Highland Avenue Contact Persons: Scott Hilburn (615)478-9276 & Chris Chambers (423)718-0304 Contestant Wardrobe: Dressy Casual—no crown, no sash; would suggest no heels since will be loading gowns & costumes into the Dressing Room but up to the Titleholder’s discretion
10:00 AM Group C departs from the hotel on the Bus
10:20 AM Group A finishes Pageant Registration; Scott & Chris move Group A to Step & Repeat for Group A Group Photo and then moves Group A to TN Hospitality Room for social media content
