10:25 AM Group C arrives on the Bus at CPCC Loading Dock 10:25 AM Group B is gathered and led around CPCC to main

10:30 AM Dressing Room Registration—Group C
10:30 AM Pageant Registration—Group B
Location: Lobby, Carl Perkins Civic Center 400 South Highland Avenue Contact Persons: Scott Hilburn (615)478-9276 & Chris Chambers (423)718-0304 Contestant Wardrobe: Dressy Casual—no crown, no sash; would suggest no heels/wedges since will be loading gowns & costumes into the Dressing Room but up to the Titleholder’s discretion
10:40 AM Group B finishes Pageant Registration; Scott & Chris move Group B to Step & Repeat for Group B Group Photo and then moves Group B to TN Hospitality Room for social media content
10:55 AM Group C is gathered and led around CPCC to main entrance lobby
11:00 AM Pageant Registration—Group C

Meal is provided by Zaxby’s for State Titleholders in Tennessee Hospitality Room on the Main Level of the Civic Center
12:00 PM Contestant Orientation
While last group is eating in Tennessee Hospitality Hallway, we will begin
2:20 PM Contestants Dress for Opening Ceremonies
Contestant Wardrobe: Cocktail dress, heels, Official State Crown & Official State Sash
1:30 PM Princess Arrival & Registration @ CPCC Lower Level 2:40 PM Contestants Load Bus for NED
2:45 PM Contestants Leave CPCC for NED
