• Fertilizer: No Nitrogen Applied. Only apply potassium fertilizer based upon soil analysis results.
• Pre-Emergent: No Pre-Emergent is recommended.
• Post-Emergent: Our cool season grasses, such as Fescue and Ryegrass, are having a
tough time due to changes in heat and humidity. Spot applications of selective weed
control should only be applied as needed.
• Flea and Tick Control: If you have not already done so, now is the time to control fleas
and ticks. Apply an insecticide to control a wide variety of insects, included but not limited to, fleas, ticks, chiggers, mosquitoes, ants, spiders and many more. Protect your family and your pets!
• Mosquito Control: Now is the time to implement your strategy to control mosquitoes. Apply an insecticide with a fast knock down and residual to control a wide variety of insects, included but not limited to, mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, chiggers, ants, spiders and many more. Protect your family and your pets!
Tree and Shrub Care
• In ideal conditions, your landscape needs 1”-2” of precipitation during the growing season per week. This can come from rainfall or other means of irrigation.
• Fertilizer: Fertilize your landscape with a liquid foliar application.
• Post-Emergent: Hand-pull or spray a non-selective herbicide to control weeds. Spot
spray only! *Be careful not to drift pesticides on plants.
• Inspect Landscape: Check landscape for insects, such as Japanese beetles, aphids, lace
bugs, etc.
• Insect and Disease Application: Apply an insecticide to control insects and a fungicide
