Injury or Illness
If you become aware of a seriously ill or injured person, you should:
Contact Security at extension 12222, (901) 379-1132, or (901) 379-1144 to request the assistance of an Emergency Medical Response Team member.
Provide the following information:
• Your name
• Description of injury/incident
• Where assistance is needed (specific
location information)
• The name of the injured person(s)
Do not attempt to move a seriously injured person.
If you call 9-1-1 directly, please report to Security as soon as possible to ensure responders are routed to the scene upon arrival.
Non-Emergency (On-the-Job) Injuries
Anyone who sustains an injury or illness while performing work-related activities must contact their supervisor/manager to report the injury or illness immediately, regardless of the severity.
