INTRODUCTION

I was on my way out of the office when the television producer called. “Loral,” she said. “We want to do financial
makeovers.”
“Sounds good,” I said. I put on my headset and went to my car. The sun was still high over the hills of Marin
County, just north of San Francisco. I figured I could get a bike ride in with my son Logan before dinner.
“But we have a problem,” she said.
“What’s the problem?”
“Well, we want to do a series of TV segments throughout the year, where we take a family and help them build
wealth.”
“That sounds good,” I said.
“Did you hear what I said?”
“You want to help them build wealth.”
“Right, we don’t want to tell them how to build wealth. We actually want to build their wealth. On TV,” the
producer said.
“And?”
“And, you haven’t hung up on me.”
“Should I?” I asked.
“Well, we’ve talked to a few well-known wealth builders and asked them to do the show. And they told us that
they could work with people on their perspectives about money and their behaviors, but that they aren’t comfortable
assuring us that they can actually make people wealthy on TV.”
“That sounds like the reason I came into this field in the first place.”
“Do you think you can do it?” the producer asked.
“I know I can take anyone, anywhere, and make him or her wealthy.”
She laughed.
I didn’t.
She cleared her throat. “Really?”
“Really.”

I make millionaires. It’s that simple. I have a straightforward, strategic approach to creating wealth. The key to my
approach is a proprietary system I created several years ago called the Wealth Cycle Process, which is a method of
generating cash through assets and income. In this wealth-building process, your money truly works for you. Even if

I was not born with money or connections. I grew up on a farm in Nebraska, where I woke up early every
morning to do my chores and went to bed early each night so I could wake up early again the next morning to do my
chores. From the time I was a kid on the farm to my teenage years I worked hard creating my own businesses; in my
early adulthood I worked for a large corporation and juggled my own ventures on the side. I was always pushing
myself to create enough money to live the life of my dreams.
And then I figured it out. I discovered the Wealth Cycle, the key to financial success. Now I live the life of my
dreams, where money is abundant and I can focus on the things that matter to me: my family, my friends, my health,
and my passions. Making money and living a life free of financial concern is doable—for everyone. And because I
was brought up to believe that you have to give to get, I took what I learned and created the Wealth Cycle Process.
