committees to serve the association and the
Maryland pharmacy community at large.

ADVOCACY COMMITTEE
Are you passionate about legislative and
regulatory matters that impact the practice
of pharmacy in Maryland? The Advocacy
Committee is the place for you.

CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS COMMITTEE
Are you the historian of your friend group? Join
the Constitution and Bylaws Committee to review
the current by-laws and solicit membership for
proposed changes.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION (DEI)
COMMITTEE
This trailblazing committee serves as a vehicle
for diversity, equity, and inclusion in Maryland
Pharmacy in accordance with MPhA's strategic plan.

MEETING PLANNING COMMITTEE
If you love a well-planned event, look no further
than the Meetings Planning Committee. We are
looking for members to brainstorm, engaging
themes, program content, and an itinerary for
MPhA events.

PHARMACY PRACTICE COMMITTEE
Staying true to our mission and vision is core to
what we do at MPhA. In the Pharmacy Practice
Committee, you will manage projects that further
the practice of pharmacy in Maryland and aligns
with MPhA’s mission and strategic plan.

RESOLUTION COMMITTEE
Are you a stickler for detail? Your talents are
need in the Resolutions Commit to submitting
all proposed resolutions, after a review for
applicability, duplication, conflict, and clarity
of purpose to the Board of Trustees at the
meeting scheduled in the month before the
Annual Meeting.

SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE
We all remember the costs of pharmacy school.
Let your passion for future generations of pharmacists
shine in the Scholarship Committee. In this role, you'll
collaborate with the MPhA Foundation to award four
scholarships to students attending a school of pharmacy
in Maryland, or Maryland residents attending a pharmacy
school outside MD.
