       Early Stage Collection
       Our early stage collection solutions are tailored to be customer oriented and cost-effective, with
       the intend to collect current dues and regulate out  Client’s customer accounts in the earlier
       stages of delinquency, reducing the  probability of these accounts moving to the later aged
       stages of debt.




       Debt Collection
       Our debt collection solutions have been the core of our business for over the past twenty-five
       years. We provide effective debt collection solutions for all type of businesses and as the aging of
       these accounts are roughly over six months, we ensure to conduct all reasonable steps to ensure
       maximum success on the cases.

       Such steps include tracing the Debtor, obtaining the Debtor’s updated contact information,
       establishing contact with the Debtor by telephone calls, demand letters, site visits, negotiating
       the debt, maintaining frequent follow-ups with the Debtor as well as providing our Client with
       updates and recommendations on the case regularly. Apart from the traditional collection, NCS
       MENA also resolves disputable cases by negotiating return of goods, settlements and offers and
       so on.



       Litigation

       When all amicable attempts to resolve a case have not been successful, we will thoroughly
       review and study the case to determine the best course of action to proceed with litigation. This
       also includes management of bounced cheques, civil, criminal and commercial cases as well.

       Consultations

       Through our established global network of experienced lawyers and investigative professionals,
       we have developed strong  knowledge of international laws, regulations and cultural norms that
