Primary cultures are derived directly form excised, normal Sterile PBS
animal tissue and cultured either as explant culture or Nutrient Medium
following dissociation into a single cell suspension by enzyme Serum
digestion. Such cultures are initially heterogeneous but later Sterile TPVG
