Chamomile Soothing Bath Melts
Ingredients:
½ cup coconut oil
¼ cup cocoa butter or shea butter
15 drops Roman Chamomile
Silicone mold
Optional: 5 drops Frankincense
Instructions:
1. Gently melt the coconut oil and butter of choice together in a double boiler
(or microwave in short bursts).
2. Once fully melted, remove from heat.
3. Let cool just slightly (so it’s warm, not hot).
4. Stir in the Roman Chamomile drops (and Frankincense drops, if using).
5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
6. Place the molds in the freezer for about 20–30 minutes or until solid.
7. Pop out the bath melts and store them in an airtight container in a cool place.
8. To use, drop 1 melt into a warm bath.
