Emotional Uses


        The chemical constituents in oils can trigger a quick change in brain chemistry,
        and a fast improvement in emotions. This emotional use guide groups three related
        emotions, and pairs them with three oils to promote a healthier emotional state.

        Use one or more of the suggested oils with these methods of application. Find
        what feels best for you.
