Maple residential town offers 90 villa units with private amenities

such as swimming pools, play areas, and green spaces for the

well-being of residents. Each villa includes a negative floor with

indoor pool facilities, sauna, and jacuzzi, as well as two positive

floors with a kitchen, guest room, living room, bedrooms, and a
large terrace. The design team has created a unique atmosphere

with a contrast between white and black, inspired by the maple

tree at the heart of the collection.
