Type of Design: Design & Construction
Heritage House, part of the Equal Office design projects, features 5
floors including a lobby, two single floors, and one duplex floor. The
design team focused on creating a space that exudes value, luxury,
and splendor through the use of symmetry, balance, and neutral
colors like white, cream, and gold. Classical decorative elements
such as statues and columns, along with a mix of textures, contribute
to the overall sense of richness and luxury within the space.
