Sabz Aria Holding, a project by Equal design and Construction

Office, includes subgroups such as Sabz Golshan, Sabz Golsar,

and Danjeh companies. The design of the project is characterized

by its simplicity and lack of complications, with a minimalistic

approach. The facade of the building is divided into two parts, with
a dark middle section on the third floor creating a suspended effect

for the upper box and reducing the building’s height compared to

its neighboring structures.
