Shuttle - Toaster Bus available to be used as a shuttle around campus.
Shuttle Service to begin at 8:00am
Golf Carts –Golf Cart operations begin at 8:00am
Picked up the night before by Kathy Norell
Drivers (TBD, TBD, Will Short)
Review Signage with Kathy. (Ops team to place all signage for Parking ops,
Advancement to build Signage plan and VIP needs)
Condo gate on North Benson should be open for exit operations at 11:30AM. Signs to
direct traffic exiting the parking structure and Rafferty Stadium to use the Condo gates.
Parking:
• Seniors park in the Faculty/Staff and Senior Lot
• Faculty and Staff Parking – Faculty and staff must park in the Condo lots behind
McAuliffe Hall
• All Guests should park in the garage across from the arena
• Accessible parking in the Prep Lots. Golf carts will be available to transport guests
• University Parking Structure (K-1) Guests
• Behind Mahoney Arena (K-3) Guests and reserved parking 50th reunion guests
• Prep Faculty Lot (M-1) Senior parking
• Prep Senior Lot (M-2) Seniors and Handicapped parking
• Rafferty Stadium (G-3) Guests
• Loyola Hall (K-2) Guests
