Tuxedos:

• Connect with Tuxedo rentals in January.
• Reserve Tux fitting rooms in FMX
• Complete purchase order for Tuxedos
• Fitting for tuxedos for graduation will take place at Fairfield Prep on March 20
between 8am and 12pm (based on their last name) according to the schedule below:
• 1st Period: Seniors with the last name beginning with A – D
• 2nd Period: Seniors with the last name beginning with E – K
• 3rd Period: Seniors with the last name beginning with L – Q
• 4th Period: Seniors with the last name beginning with R – Z
• Tuxedo pick-up – as part of Senior Retreat. More details Tuesday May 21
• Tuxedo return - Tuesday May 28 - All items must be returned by 12 pm on Tues., May
28, to Fairfield Prep, NO EXCEPTIONS. (There will be a $30 fee for every day late, that
cannot be waived.)
Prep Pride Store:
POC – Martha Terry
The Prep Pride store or a pop-up store in the arena will not be open on graduation. In
place of opening the store Prep Pride will prepare a spirit pack made available to the
senior families that will include banners, balloons, cups and other 2024 alumni gear that
can be ordered in April and available for pick up in the weeks leading up to graduation.
Post Graduation Reception:
POC – Kathy Norell
Hold two spaces for the post event reception. Book as soon as grad dates are
confirmed.
• Grass area between Barone Center and Arena
• First floor of Barone Center as a rain back-up
• Order cookies (Catamount) and confirm water ordered for this area.
• Arrange for tables and trash cans from the university
• Work with Tamara to secure university services to mow lawns outside the Arena on
Wednesday, May 22
