Fitting for tuxedos for graduation will take place at Fairfield Prep on Thursday, March 20
between 8:30am and 11:30am (based last name) according to the schedule below:
• 1H Period 1: Seniors last name beginning with A – D 8:35am – 9:10am
• 2H Period 1: Seniors last name beginning with E – K 9:15am – 9:50am
• 1H Period 2: Seniors last name beginning with L – Q 10:10am – 10:45am
• 2H Period 2: Seniors last name beginning with R – Z 10:50am – 11:25am
• Tuxedo pick-up – Part of Senior Retreat, Tuesday, May 20
• Tuxedo return – Tuesday, May 27
All items must be returned by 12pm on Tuesday, May 27, to Fairfield Prep, NO
EXCEPTIONS. (There will be a $30 fee for every day late, that cannot be waived.)
Prep Pride Store:
POC – Martha Terry
The Prep Pride store or a pop-up store in the arena will not be open on graduation. In
place of opening the store Prep Pride will prepare a spirit pack made available to the
senior families that will include banners, balloons, cups and other 2025 alumni gear that
can be ordered in April and available for pick up in the weeks leading up to graduation.
Post Graduation Reception:
POC – Kathy Norell
Hold two spaces for the post event reception. Book as soon as grad dates are
confirmed.
• Grass area between Barone Center and Arena
• First floor of Barone Center as a rain back-up
• Order cookies (Catamount) and confirm water ordered for this area.
• Arrange for tables and trash cans from the Fairfield Prep Inventory
• Work with Tamara to secure university services to mow lawns outside the Arena on
Wednesday, May 21. Confirm sprinklers will be off for the day.
