DOORS OPEN/TICKETS/ACCESIBLE SEATING

• Doors to the arena will open at 9am. All guests will enter through the main doors of
the arena with tickets. There will be no guest entrance through other doors.
• Actual inflow into the arena to be determined by DPS. Two (2) Evolve Lanes
monitoring guests as they enter the arena
• Tickets will be taken at the doors after screening. Four (4) ticket takers. Others
should help manage and greet guests as they enter arena.
• Cardinal Key members will distribute programs next just inside the Arena.
• All seating is General Admission. Seating will be available on the floor and in the
lower bowl. Need to be prepared to open the second level along the sideline. Be
prepared to open upper level for overflow seating.
• Families will receive ten (10) general admission tickets for the graduation ceremony.
Seniors will receive these tickets at Rehearsal.
• Accessible seating is available. A form is available to alert Fairfield Prep of any
accessible needs of families. Two (2) staff members and Cardinal Key will be available
to seat guests with accessibility needs. Seats will include +1 family member.
NOTE: Men’s and Women's facilities are located on the main concourse level. Anyone
seated on the floor will have to go up to the concourse level for restrooms.

as early as 8:00am.
