DOORS OPEN/TICKETS/ACCESIBLE SEATING

• Doors to the arena will open at 9am.
• All guests will enter through the main doors of the arena with tickets. There will be no
entrance through other doors.
• Actual inflow into the arena to be determined by DPS. Two (2) Evolve Lanes
monitoring guests as they enter the arena
• Rope and Stanchion to be in place to assist in forming lines at doors prior to entry.
Tickets will be taken at the doors. Four (4) ticket takers. Others should help manage
a greet guests as they enter arena.
• Cardinal Key members will distribute programs next inside the Arena.
• All seating is General Admission
• Families will receive ten (10) general admission tickets for the graduation ceremony.
Seniors will receive these tickets at Rehearsal
• Accessible seating is available. A form is available to alert Fairfield Prep of any
accessible needs of our families. Two (2) staff members and Cardinal Key members
will be available to seat guests with accessibility needs. Seats will include +1 family
member.
NOTE: Men’s and Women's facilities are located on the main concourse level. Anyone
seated on the floor will have to go up to the concourse level for restrooms.

Agree to guest entry plan for Arena. Would like to set up queue with rope and stanchion
or bike rack outside for early arrivals. Gates open at 9:00am.

• 4 Fairfield University Public Safety Officers
• 4 Fairfield PD
• 3 Fairfield Firemen
Posts begin at 8am. All orders for public safety should be completed in mid-April
