Recreation
Before
Movies, bars, restaurants, boats, vacations. I had a need to escape in many, many ways.
After
I find that working in the yard, fixing things around the house and other activities are fulfilling. We still have a boat that my granddaughter calls “Pop’s Pathetic Boat,” and go out once in a while. My daily walk on the beach is a great experience.
Result
Life is fulfilling.
Sex Life
Before
My relationship with my second wife Karen (third marriage) had been fulfilling sexually, but her change of life has made sexual desire go away for her. Mine hasn’t. I was stuck.
After
Orion has given me direction, but not something I care to mention here. I can say that no one is being hurt because of my actions.
Result
I continue to love my wife deeply without putting a burden on her to do something that is not pleasing for her.
Family Life
Before
My leaderless life led to affairs and such a focus on career that my family suffered. My daughter attended nine different schools by the time she got to ninth grade.
