Health Management
Before
No consciousness. I smoked and drank too much and got sick often. Sometimes I got so stuffed up that I couldn’t sleep at night. I was overweight and in poor health.
After
My wife and I have a morning drink that provides all the essential nutrients for a healthy life.
I no longer smoke. We have one cocktail at night. I walk daily and feel great.
Result
I feel great at age 79. There is nothing I desire to do that my health prevents.
Daily life
Before
Starting at age 40, I tried retiring several times. We had the money and, supposedly, the desire. I quickly got bored and looked for purpose.
After
Orion suggests that I continue working by doing something worthwhile on the thinking side of things every day. Write a book, complete a database, do things for others.
Result
I love my life. I get up when I wake up – usually around 7 a.m., meditate, write emails and messages and work until about noon. Then I play.
