M: “So, where have you been?”
O: “I’ve always been here. You remember in the early years of your life and career, we were very creative together, but then you stopped listening. You thought you had the answers. That’s fine with me. I’m not here to command, only to lead when you’re ready to follow.
“I let you go on your own for a bit. I was subtle at first, but got stronger and stronger with my messages when you didn’t listen. You have our full power when you listen and trust.”
M: “And as your messages got stronger, I bottomed out.”
O: “Yes, that’s what happens when your ego and intellect run your life. You go off on trips.”
M: “Well now we’re back together again. Creating, problem solving, living with joy. Thanks for your leadership.”
O: “You’re welcome.”
A recent and typical example
Orion and I had a brief dialog last night.
My wife and I have two apartments on our property that we rent out on a seasonal basis. We currently have one tenant and he and I took a walk together yesterday at sunset. Towards the end of the walk, he lay down on the beach and suggested I go on without him, which I did.
About 8:30 p.m., he called and was very angry that I left him on the beach. He was so angry that Karen and I were afraid he might take some kind of physical action. Although we rarely lock our home at night, Karen locked every door.
As I was falling asleep, I asked Orion: “Should we take any additional precautions?” As usual, the answer was simple and fast:
