If you are a leader of people and have any desire to achieve major improvement to the organization you lead, you must read Doug Krug’s book “The Missing Piece in Leadership.” Several quotes from this great book are shown here.
The essence of Doug’s work is that you get what you focus on. If you want to make things better, you focus on making things better. If you want to find what is wrong and fix it, you will get more of what is wrong. He has proven that in years of consulting with organizations large and small. He also teaches at Johns Hopkins University. A brief summary from his book:
