In another example, sometimes there is nothing but a strong message. In this case Doug was directed to go to his car with no reason for the direction.
He was at a hotel and wanted to go to the hot tub to unwind after a long trip. As he left the room, he got the message “go to your car.”

Most of the people profiled will tell you that once they reach a certain level of usage, intuition becomes automatic and is not questioned when the message is there.
As mentioned, Doug’s mission is to work with organizations to help them integrate intuition with intellect to make better decisions. This sound bite is about creating a culture where more and more people are able to use their whole brain to make decisions.
Most thoughtful managers would agree that a culture where people are empowered to make decisions driven by the ability to access the truth of their internal direction, would be a more productive culture, but here’s the rub.
