You begin to see the value of Your Leader Within, but don’t have a good sense of how to develop your intuitive skills.
Conscious Competence
This stage of mastery involves consciously using intuition in one’s daily life - constantly asking and receiving. This is where I (author) am now and I would say where many of the people interviewed have reached, a point of using their intuition as part of their daily choices and living.
A few, including Magick, have gone to the next level...
Unconscious Competence
Here is where you become so adept at following Your Leader Within that there is no need to consciously ask the questions. The answers flow as part of your life because you and your internal leader are one. Your intuition leads, your rational mind follows.
I would certainly include people like Steve Jobs, Apple founder and Fred Smith, FedEx founder, as people who are clearly inner driven and have no need to ask their leader within for answers. In other words, they developed mastery as part of their normal growth process.
