I suggest most people who are naturally inner driven and have always been inner driven have no need of moving through these quadrants. They have already attained the level of Unconscious Competence.
The description of the Unconscious Competent is that you are one with your inner direction. There is no conscious asking, just a sense of direction that flows through you without any conscious awareness. You know instinctively at every step what to do.
I put Greg (Magick) Bernstein into this category. The major difference between Magick and others who are inner driven is that Magick set about developing this mastery as opposed to others who have followed their inner direction all their lives.
Having gone through the process of moving from Unconscious Incompetent to Unconscious Competent, he now teaches “Harnessing the Power of Your Intuition” in Hawaii and Mount Shasta, CA.
For Magick the journey started at age six with a defining moment. He loved Hotwheels and stole a friend’s Hotwheels car. He took it home and played with it and then woke up the next morning to discover that his favorite Hotwheels car was missing.
Something in him realized that was the penalty for having stolen his friend’s car and he never forgot that lesson.
