Before we get to the ten steps, let’s layout a practical vision of what it is like to live with inner guidance on a consistent basis – to move from Conscious Incompetence to Conscious Competence.
The goal of this book is to inspire you to get conscious about your intuitive abilities (Conscious Incompetence) and then to do the work necessary to become Consciously Competent.
Many, including myself, may want to become masters at following their internal guidance, which I define as Unconscious Competence - a state of being where I am one with my inner guidance.
