First, prior to integrating this into your daily life, set up a reminder system to keep it alive in your consciousness. There are many ways to do this.
One way is to put reminders all over your workplace and home. These reminders might be small colored dots placed where they will get your attention.
Another way is to set up times throughout the day to explicitly go within in a brief (3 - 5 minute) meditation.
Another way is to use it when faced with choices where there is some internal conflict.
Joel Kramer, author of “The Passionate Mind,” claims that “choice is violence” and when you think about it, choice is internal conflict and, in a sense, that is violence. Learning to access your inner guide helps you to make decisions without conflict.
The choices might be simple: “What should I eat? Should I take a walk? What is my next step? etc.” Some choices may be life changing. I have found that starting with low risk choices until inner guidance becomes a habit is the best way to integrate Your Leader Within.
