Delegating Leadership
Delegating to your internal leader is similar to delegating at work.
There are some choices and decisions that you are very comfortable with during your daily activity.
Then there are some decisions where you would like input from Your Leader Within.
The purpose of this section is to provide a simple exercise to turn direction over to Your Leader Within when appropriate.
Place Mat Process
Use this exercise when you want to more effectively use the power of your intuition and create realty through action. You also may feel overwhelmed and are in a mode where you would like to get direction about the next steps.
Write a list of things to get done. Then separate the list into two sections:
“things I will do today”
“things I will turn over to my leader within”
