The Method has two segments
Segment I: The first is to feel the emotion as deeply as possible, go to its source and release it.
Segment II: The second is to move to a higher sense of self love which is made possible after releasing an emotional block.
We will go through the steps here in text form and then we will go through an audio session between Bob and me to give you a better sense of how it goes together.
Segment I: Release the Pain
Acknowledge the negative feeling. Recognize that you’re in an inharmonious state of mind because of a feeling you’re having right now.
There is no such thing as a neutral feeling. You’re feeling all day long. It is hard for many people to understand and feel the emotion, and it helps to understand that you are always feeling, like it or not. Conscious of it or not.
Intentionally invite this painful feeling into your life. Try to live it and feel it as deeply as possible. The deeper you feel it, the better The Method will work for you.
