The HeartMath Freeze-Frame technique, (Chapter 3) suggests you stop, breathe deeply into your heart, ask and surrender. Then listen and act.
The Method (Chapter 12) takes you far deeper to discover when in your childhood, you developed the resistance. It helps you release the resistance and then move into a mental state of self-love and acceptance.
All this goes to some central beliefs. Beliefs that have changed as a result of this research and my personal experience.
There is a higher power within me that has a plan for my life.
I am either in synch with that plan or in resistance to it.
