Here’s the problem with all this...
It started with “The Power of Positive Thinking.” When I feel a negative emotion, I work to turn it into a positive thought.
Doesn’t work. All that does is reinforce the state of hanging on.
I have an exercise I call TIFILI – pronounced tif-il- lee. When you feel that negative emotion, you Tag It (TI), then Feel It (FI) as deeply as possible, then Love It (LI) for what it, Your Leader Within, is telling you about your journey.
If it is negative, it is telling you that you are off purpose, you are hanging on.
It is Your Leader Within reaching out with a message. Listen to it.
So just let go of hanging on!
But it’s not that easy. You have to recognize the emotion or feeling that keeps the energy from flowing through you. And that recognition comes from hearing the voice from Your Leader.
The voice is saying that you need to do some work.
The point that I’m trying to make is that your emotional energy is your guide.
