Terri-Lynn credits much of this learning to the 12- Step program.
You then attempt to experience these feelings fully at night and then let them go.
There are two important points here:
First, that you recognize when you were not present during the day and then process why and attempt to go back and relive the experience to let it go.
Second, by doing this, you gradually remove the blocks from energy and intuitive flow in your life.
So, I took Terri-Lynn’s two meditations and began to use them each morning and evening. The results were exactly what I was looking for when I decided to explore intuition.
The sections in this chapter go into more detail about each of the inventory items in Terri-Lynn’s meditations. You can actually use her meditations with her permission in Chapter 10: Meditations.
Terri-Lynn labels these inventory items with an acronym: SPACE
