improved analytics continue to be at the forefront of development and expansion of baseline O ce 365 services. Given the wide scope of their user base, when Microso continues to put emphasis on these areas it’s apparent that they recognize these are must-haves for customers. Maintaining a native experience for the user while adding these incremental services is also crucial. UC providers need to factor the same criteria into their dev plans, and shore up those aspects if they haven’t already done so.
