Solution interoperability now includes support for Microsoft Skype for Business to compliment Polycom’s market alignment with the Microsoft as well as other providers including Broadsoft and Comcast. Going forward, metadata collected by UC endpoints and two-way active measurement protocol (TWAMP) data will be transmitted directly into Edgewater Networks’ EdgeView Service Control Center, where it will be stored, analyzed and presented
to network managers for centralized management and control of the UC deployments.
