billions on procurement every year
(globally). Barely one percent of that
goes to women-owned businesses. Barely!
Just imagine if they actually complied

with the 30 percent prioritization of
government procurement going to
women-owned businesses?

So the economic upliftment of women is

not something to do just because it’s
cute, it actually makes transformational
economic sense.
