MEET IN RIMC
MEET IN RIMC

Gyananda School for Girls participated in the 74th Dehradun
District Annual Athletics Meet 2022 held on 5th and 6th November

in RIMC. A total of 22 athletes from our school participated in this
meet in U-12, U-14, U-16 and U-18 years categories.
Mrs. Sangeeta Kain, Principal, Welham Boys School was the Chief
Guest for Opening Ceremony on 5th November and on 6th
November, Mr. Pushkar Singh Dhami, Chief Minister of
Uttarakhand was the Chief Guest for the Closing Ceremony. A total
30 schools from Dehradun District participated in this meet.

Our athletes performed outstandingly well and won 3 medals
which are as follows: -
1) Pranjali Thapliyal - Under 12 - Long Jump: Silver Medal-3.50M
2) Dhriti Anand - Under 14 - Javelin: Gold Medal- 24.30M
3) Mridusha Bisht - Under 16 - Javelin: Bronze Medal-
15.59M.
