SHIPPING DAMAGE
For damaged or missing goods as a result of shipping, please call our o ce within 2 days and we will arrange for the courier to visit you or goods to facilitate required credit.
RETURN REQUEST
If for some reason there is a problem with the goods, it must be reported within 2 days after receipt and then must be returned within 10 days thereafter. A R/A authorization MUST be given by our o ces, or goods will not be received.
CANCELLATIONS
All costs incurred up to time of cancellation will be charged. Partly made goods or materials will ONLY be shipped if requested.
CHANGES TO ORDER
All phone orders or any changes to an original order
must be con rmed in writing by letter, fax, or e–mail.

DgroupTrevelyan changes patterns and construction in order to constantly improve items on a regular basis and reserves the right to do so. In addition, color and nishes can vary from lot to lot in both leathers and faux–leathers. DgroupTrevelyan cannot guarantee an exact match to previous orders. If a match is absolutely required on any re–order, please specify and forward a sample of previous order for comparison.
Prices are e ective January 1, 2018.
Due to the current volatility of the Worlds Leather and Money markets, DgroupTrevelyan must reserve the right to alter prices upon receipt of an order. Our price statement is on the bottom of catalog pages.

All orders are subject to approval by DgroupTrevelyan who reserves the right to refuse any order at any time. Orders are subject to availability of materials and component parts. DgroupTrevelyan shall not be liable for inability to ship any order(s) due to inadvertent materials or part shortages.
