        making  decisions.  Companies  that  encourage  diversity  in  the
        workplace  inspire  all  their  employees  to  perform  to  their  highest
        ability.
                   Improved Team Engagement
                   A proven way to learn about other cultures and ethnicities
                   from colleagues is to hold an internal networking event,
        asking  fellow  Assistants  and  co-workers  to  join  in  during  a  lunch
        break or after work. Ask Human Resources or Head of Diversity to
        speak on key results expected by having a pool of diverse employees
        and  how  each  other’s  lifestyle  and  culture  sets  the  course  and
        direction for the organization.
        When the team members share personal experiences about when
        they were in high school or what different holidays or seasons mean
        to them, they build a trusting relationship among their colleagues.
        Team  building  through  understanding  each  other’s  diversity  is  a
        great way to build morale.
