EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
ASAS dairies limited, a leading processor for white milk, flavored milk, yoghurts have
launched various long-life milk in the market in the past few years namely; Tetra Brick
1000ml, Tetra Fino Aseptic 500ml, and the newest member Tetra Fino Aseptic 200ml.These
are offerings that have great health benefits to consumers as well as business advantages.
They are mostly found in Dar-es-salaam, and now ASAS Dairies Limited wanted to increase
their reach to other regions in Tanzania.
After the successful market capturing in Dar-es-Salaam, ASAS Dairies Ltd was looking to
partner with the marketing agency to execute retail and consumer engagement uplifting
product to retailer and direct consumer which will ultimately increase the supply to
wholesaler hence lead to maximum sales in other regions in Tanzania.
To capture the opportunity of white milk in the market, ASAS and Tetra Pak wishes to carry
out market activations in Tanga, Kilimanjaro, Arusha, Manyara, Singida, Dodoma and
Morogoro to increase the reach of the products. This campaign will also be critical in tackling
various issues that impede the growth of ASAS milk in the market
Finest Image Company Limited was contracted by ASAS Dairies Ltd and Tetra Pak to conduct
retail and consumer engagement activation for ASAS FRESH UHT Milk covering those
regions in Tanzania. FICL in collaboration with all key stakeholders has successfully
accomplished the work in all seven regions in 34 days.
