Provides skills for adults to become more productive, organized and in

control in relation to attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Service offers:
• Learning practical skills related to: creating routines and structure,

setting goals, organization, prioritizing, time management,
assertiveness, communication, challenging negative thinking,

healthy living, sleep, emotional regulation, self-awareness,
mindfulness and relaxation
• Connecting with others who have ADHD

• Presentations, small group discussions and exercises

Eligibility -Service targeted to:
individuals age 18 and older

adults with an ADHD diagnosis or suspected ADHD

Fee reduction may be available

Financial assistance may be available to offset the program fee. Fee
reduction may be available using a sliding scale based on income. Most
health plans cover this program fee as a psychological service.
