Implementation requirements
• Following a review of FLT arrangements on site after another incident
recently, the SHE network are making the following proposals which we are
asking for your co-operation in implementing
• There are basically 4 things to consider –
• Some items we are looking to be mandatory, others best practice
• Some items are ‘soft’ solutions, others may require purchasing of
‘hardware’
• Your Business SHE Leads will review this guidance with a view to
implement as much as possible from 1 Jan 2021, with a view to

ultimately having all mandatory requirements in place by 31 Mar 2021

• You should raise and discuss all the items on slides 3 and 4, with a view to
achieving as much of the best practice as possible as well as full
implementation of the mandatory elements.
• Any foreseeable issues should be raised and discussed now
