− Advise the woman to move slowly and avoid crowds.
− Advise the woman to remain in cool environment.

• Causes:
− Pressure exerted on the diaphragm by the enlarging uterus.

− Encourage the woman to use proper posture.
− Encourage the woman to use pillows behind head and shoulders at night, and
use semi fowlers position.
