1. Define the pregnancy-associated medical conditions: heart disease,

diabetes mellitus, and anemia

2. Identify the causes of pregnancy-associated medical conditions.

3. Identify the classification of the pregnancy associated medical

conditions: heart disease, diabetes mellitus, and anemia.

4. Recognize the potential adverse effects of pregnancy-associated

medical conditions
