6. For Jell Insertion:
• Fill the applicators with jell by squeezing it into applicator.
• Insert it into vagina until reach to the cervix.
• Wait for 30 minutes to dissolve.
• Another one “dose” needed when you have sex again.
• Douching must be avoided for at least 6-8 hrs. after coitus.
