bending, this indie, rock, alternative, electro pop band is releasing the album Notes on a Conditional Form. The band first teased this album by releasing the song titled “The 1975”, composed of a recording from one of Greta Thunberg’s speeches with
an instrumental background. This random and ominous song has left fans wondering what will come next.
Petals for Armor II,
Hayley Williams APRIL 22 You may know Hayley Williams as the lead singer of Paramore, but since
the announcement of a break for that legendary band, Williams has taken center stage to release a solo album and tour. She has already released the first part of the album, with much praise, and this
second part will have even more alternative pop hits that fans will soon be able to see on-stage.
How I’m Feeling Now,
Charli XCX MAY 15 Charli XCX has found a productive way to spend her time while social distancing- creating a completely new album. She is collaborating with other artists and producers, and sharing the whole process online. She’ll even be hosting Zoom confrences with fans for their ideas. This brand new
remote-album is an experiment for the pop music world, and many are interested to see how it will turn out.
Van Weezer,
Weezer MAY 15 Weezer, responsible for iconic hits such as Buddy Holly, Beverly Hills, and Undone, has announced a new album. The band will also be embarking on tour, along with alternative legends Green Day and Fall Out Boy. Weezer’s last album did not include much guitar, but according
to lead singer Rivers Cuomo, this new album is “all guitars and shredding”.
