Volleyball:
The volleyball team is a school spirit funder, thrilling students throughout all grades to show some school spirit.
The Varsity volleyball team played against MCC, winning 3-1. Some key performances were played by Christina Williams, 11, who got 5 aces, and Lauren Schleffer, 11, who also got 5 aces.
The team has been doing tremendously well, winning more than half of their games and improving their skills throughout every practice they have.
The JV volleyball team won against MCC as well, 2-0. The key performers in this game included Sydeney Chamberlain, 10, who got 3 aces, Bella Schwants, who performed 3 kills,
Basketball:
Girl’s middle school basketball is plowing through the season, losing to Cocoa but coming back to beat Cocoa Beach 41-5 and Space Coast 30-19. Some key performances at the Cocoa Beach game are Bailey Smith, 8, who scored a whole of 17 points and Alaina Preble, 8, scoring 8 points.
Together, this team is putting the pieces together to create a new season of champions on the court, same as the boys. “Cocoa was the hardest team so far because they were really challenging. And, they killed us,” said Ada Howarter, 7. “But, I hope to get better at everything and become a
stronger team as well, and I hope to help others.”
Ada plays on the basketball team and is new to the middle school team. She is a guard who has to play with
aggressiveness and cooperation.
“Just being on the team is exciting, and everyone on it is
great,” said Howarter. “I really want my team to win, so that helps me to keep going when I get tired.”
The boy’s middle school basketball team is also pursuing through the season, getting close results and barely losing to Cocoa Beach. They are still staying strong for the season, and hope to continue it on a good note.

The team has a tendency to win over and over again,
beating the other teams more than 80% of the time.
Lastly, the Freshmen team won against Satellite 2-1 in a
close game, where they worked together to beat the team. The group has won about half their games and continues
to work hard throughout the season.
